By default, the BusinessConnect X12 batching process will try to batch all transactions to a trading partner in one interchange envelope. This interchange can include different outbound batched transactions (e.g., 850 , 997) which are sent within the same ISA-IEA envelope. What if the trading host needs to send these transactions to the trading partner in their own interchange (ISA-IEA) envelopes?

Issue/Introduction
How to send outbound batched transactions in separated X12 interchanges in separate ISA-IEA envelopes.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, use the batch option under Administrator>BusinessConnect>Operations Editor>X12>Operation name>Outbound action>Batching which should be set to "Exclusively". This will enable the outbound transaction to be set in their own interchange envelope.
