Cause:
Value is not set high enough.
We have currently set the following parameters in tibemsd.conf yet the following error is reported: "server memory limit exceeded".
max_msg_memory = 2GB
msg_swapping = enabled
What is the maximum value that can be set for max_msg_memory and how to determine an adequate value?

Resolution
There is no maximum value for the parameter max_msg_memory."0" is a special value which indicates no limit. See KB 26981 for guidance on how to determine an adequate value.
