Resolution:
In release of TIBCO BusinessWorks ProcessMonitor (BWPM) 3.1 usage of IE 9, Java 6, Tomcat 6 and TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) 6 is declared as deprecated, which means the next release will no longer support the aforementioned versions. TIBCO EMS 5.x is no longer supported with BWPM 3.1.x. Customers may use TIBCO EMS 6 or above and Apache Tomcat 6 or above with BWPM Server 3.1. We recommend using TIBCO EMS 8 and Apache Tomcat versions 7 or 8.
