Resolution:
If we have a P1->P2 (no COMP)->P3 plan, we will get in parallel COMP-P1 and COMP-P3 in a corresponding amendment plan. What we want is COMP-P3->COMP-P1. To force dependency we will need to configure COMP in P2, to get COMP-P3->COMP-P2->COMP-P1. This is dependencies in reverse sequence. We can add EPMR_ACTION_WITHDRAW=COMPENSATE and the COMPENSATE action to NON_EXECUTION plan fragment in the P2 product.
