Description
Description: When using LDAP synchronization - the "Direct Reports / Reports To" field is not updating correctly within user profiles. The synchronization shows the manager correctly upon first synchronization and if changed to another manager. If this field is cleared within Active Directory, the field will not update within Nimbus and will leave it populated with the details of the last manager. Symptoms: Reports To field still populated even though the field was empty within Active Directory for a user. Cause: Software bug
Issue/Introduction
TIBCO Nimbus - Direct Reports not Updating within the "Reports To" field correctly.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved as part of the V 9.5.2 Hotfix 1 release. Upgrade to resolve this issue.
