How can we find the the version of the TIBCO UniversalInstaller.

Issue/Introduction

How to find the version of TIBCO UniversalInstaller.

Resolution

Step 1). Copy the TIBCOUniversalInstaller_<OS>  to the /tmp folder and run the following binary.


./TIBCOUnversalInstaller-x86-64 

Step 2). Exit TIBCOUniversalInstaller_<OS>  .

Step 3). Goto USER_HOME/.TIBCO folder .

Step 4). You should see a folder with the name  maintenance_YYYY_MM_DD.hhmmss . Change directory (cd) inside the folder. You should see file tibco_unversal_installer.<USER_NAME>.uninstall.log which captures the exact version of TIBCOUniversalInstaller.
