Issue/Introduction
"[EBMS3Error:EBMS3-173127] Not find active Participant by the Domain Identity, might be not set or not active. Reason: Partner cannot be found by the From PartyID:xxxxxxxxxxx in received message.:”
Resolution
1). Add a "NULL" Domains at System Settings>Metadata Type Configuration>Domains
2). At Host and TP participant, add a Domain-Identity pair with the created "NULL" domain. The ebXML protocol has a mechanism so that the "NULL" Domain reflects to the related eb:PartyId@type in inbound message as empty.
