This issue occurs due to an incorrect UID in the feature config XML file. To resolve this issue, follow the steps given below.
1). Uninstall the existing bccmi_6.0.0.
2). Make sure you download and run the "PluginInstallerMigrator" tool against the CMI 6.0 installer prior to re-installing the CMI protocol.
3). Reinstall bccmi_6.0.0 using the PluginInstallerMigrator Installer.4). In the feature config XML file, check whether uid="bcpalette" is changed to uid="BusinessConnect Palette_bcpalette".
