Resolution:
Verify whether the “talon.jar” path is correct in the classpath of the domainutility.tra file. The %HAWK_HOME%/lib should be included in tibco.class.path.extended in the DomainUtility.tra file. Also confirm that the value of <HAWK_HOME> is pointing to the correct Hawk location.
