Description:

When a trading partner is trying to connect to BusinessConnect's SFTP Server, the following error occurs: Failed to authenticate user <TP_Name> under TP <TP_Name>: [DB] can't find Authentication Source setting.


Resolution

Make sure you have configured the correct Authentication Source under Admin GUI > System Settings > User Authentication Configuration.
