CloudBus component log files are not accessible via Skyway UI.

Description
Resolution: Currently users cannot access Cloud Bus component logs via the SkyWay UI. They have to notify Support for such log files. However, they should be able to access BW application (engine_) log files via TIBCO Administrator UI.
