While trying to run a second Tester in Designer, a “Can’t Start Debugger” dialogue pops up with the message, “Only one test session can run at a time. Please stop the current session before starting another one.”

Issue/Introduction
Unable to run two Tester sessions in TIBCO Designer.
Resolution
Two Tester sessions cannot run concurrently in the same JVM. Each Tester session requires its own JVM to run. Make sure the two projects you are trying run the Tester from are opened in two separate Designer instances (i.e., two JVMs).
