Resolution:
To configure managed fault tolerance, refer the attached document (Filename: Appnode_Prostgres.docx). All configurations are for the Postgres database but configuration for all other supported databases remains the same. For additional configurations, refer to the BW docs:Administration>Fault Tolerance>Engine Persistence Modes>Configuring Group Provider for the Engine.
