Issue/Introduction

TIBCO iProcess Workspace (Windows) does not display the right hand side panel.

Resolution

Attached Screenshots and Steps

1). MissingRightPanel.JPG

This is the screen users will see when the right panel is missing.

2). MovetheWindotoLeft.JPG and MovingRightHandSideToMaximum.JPG

Try to maximize the window and start moving the window over to the left side of your screen while making the right hand side larger using the mouse pointer. The left side of the window will be outside of the screen. This is done to expose the right side of the window completely.

3). DrageMousePointerfromRightoLeft.JPG

Drag the right edge towards the left side to expose the right panel and maximize the windows. See the attachment (Filename: Resize_Window.JPG).

If the above steps still do not display the right hand side panel then check the following.

In this scenario the user is trying to login is swadmin.

- Check the parameter QLIST_WIDTH in $SWDIR/queues/swadmin/wqmgr.cfg.  Its default value should be 18.30. If the value is too large, the right panel would be missing.
- Delete this file and re-login using swadmin.
