Resolution:
In 4.9, SMTP server has a field that needs to be provided while sending email. In Hawk 5.x, the SMTP configuration moves to the hawkagent.cfg file. You are not able to see the "Email From" and "Mail Server" fields in the hawkdisplay/webconsole. You need configure SMTP in hawkagent.cfg. If you use the domain hawkagent, you will find hawkagent.cfg in <tra_domain_home>.
