When running a report, the "Map Selection" option is not available for the report scope.
Symptoms:
"Map Selection" does not show as a report scope.
Cause:
This is an intentional feature that allows Administrators to restrict the Map Selection option.

Issue/Introduction
Unable to Find "Map Selection" as a report option.
Resolution
Go to System Options > Access > Untick Allow only Administrators to run reports across a map selection.
