Description:
We do not support the upgrading of existing TIBCO_HOME with versions prior to BW 6.3.1. If seeing this warning while upgrading from earlier versions then this warning is legal and you should try installing in a new TIBCO_HOME. Upgrade of BW 6.3.1 to BW 6.3.2 is fully supported.

Please install TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks(TM) 6.3.2 version in a separate TIBCO_HOME.
For upgrade in same TIBCO_HOME, minimum base TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks(TM) 6.x version should be 6.3.1

Cause:
The warning while upgrade from BW 6.3.1 to BW 6.3.2 is observed only when:
1. You had earlier version of BW
-AND-
2. You upgraded this BW version to 6.3.1 prior to upgrading to 6.3.2
Resolution
Uninstall BW 6.3.0 from the TIBCO_HOME using Universal Installer before installing BW 6.3.2 on top of BW 6.3.1
