Description
Resolution:
In a BC service instance, one BusinessConnect Interior Server has several processes which are in a sleep state for a long period of time. These are poller jobs that perform routine BC housekeeping, such as checking on overdue acks, running the inbound FTP poller, etc. These jobs will only run on one BC engine in a BC instance. These jobs are not affected by the maxJobs parameters in the deployed TRA file.
