Resolution:
TIBCO Active Spaces version 2.2.0 is not wire compatible with version 2.1.5/2.1.6. Upgrading each node individually is not supported and the entire cluster must be brought down in order to upgrade to AS 2.2.0. Note that
the section in the Installation Guide, "Upgrade to Release 2.2.0", is in incorrect (documentation CR AS_4791).
