Description

Resolution:
For any group to be able to see Audit Logs you need to make sure that they have the relevant permissions set in the TIBCO Nimbus Author client. Follow the steps below to enable the correct permission set.

1). Log into the TIBCO.Nimbus authoring client with an administrator account.
2). Click on Tools > Users > User Accounts to open the user management window.
3). On the left side of the window you should see a list of groups. Locate the group you want to give access to audit logs.
4). Right click on the group and select properties and you will now be looking at the group properties window.
5). You will need to find the "Audit Log" option and make sure there is a tick on the box on the right.
6). Click the OK option once the change has been made and the group will now have permissions to view the Audit logs.

Note that if you open the group permissions window and all the tick boxes are blank, that this means the permissions are being taken from a group above itself. You have two options. You can then make the change outlined in the steps above on the parent group that has the permissions or tick the "Permissions" box to then manually control each permission for that group.
