The 997 and 999 files were omitted from the Instream 8.5.0 Database directory. This can cause "guideline not found" errors when BusinessConnect tries to generate a 997 or 999 acknowledgement.

Issue/Introduction
Acknowledgement Guidelines missing from Instream 8.5 .
Resolution
Install Instream 8.4.0 and copy all .std files starting with "997" or "999" from the $TIBCO_HOME/instream/8.4/Database directory to the $TIBCO_HOME/instream/8.5/Database directory.
