Description:
Unable to create new deployment with BE TEA UI using IE 10 or 11.
1). Access BE through TEA using IE 10 or 11.
2). Click new deployment.
3). Add CDD and EAR file.
4), Click save.
5). Failed to save with the error message "Failed to create/edit the <name> application".

Issue/Introduction
Failed to create BE application during deployment using TEA UI.
Environment
Product: TIBCO BusinessEvents Version: 5.x
OS: All Supported Operating Systems
Browser: Internet Explorer 10 and 11
Resolution
This issue is observed in IE 10 or 11. As a workaround, use the other Web Browsers Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. There is a BE defect logged BE-24029.
