Defect Id: 1-RSDCV
Fixed the issue with saving Components having the prefix ‘COLL_’, when a Publication Service was configured for the Component Interfaces corresponding to the Component.

Fixed the issue where the Request/Response Service was not returning the newly created/updated Effective Dated record.

Workaround provided to publish data exceeding the default maximum length of 1500.

Workaround provided to convert the format of the date that is sent out by the adapter Publication Service to the format which is expected by PeopleSoft when updating/inserting a date field.
