Installing the Hotfix

  On Windows, unzip the zip file contents to the ADB home directory.
  The dlls and jar files will get placed in the appropriate
  subdirectories.

  On Unix, untar the tar file contents in the ADB home directory. The
  libraries and jar files will get placed in the appropriate
  subdirectories.
