When the publishing class is not present in the subscriber's project
and the incoming message contains NULLs, ADB is not retrieving the
NULLs from the incoming message and is just removing the columns from
the SQL statement instead.

The statistics counter for failed messages is not updated correctly
when ADB_AGENT_ID is missing from the incoming message's class.

Creating a new ADB instance with one RVCMQ subscriber does not
generate an ADBAgentRvSession which is needed for internal use.

An ADB RVCMQ subscriber is generating a default session name of
%%Domain%%.%%Deployment%%.%%AppName%%.%%InstanceId%%.CMQ.
%%InstanceId%% should not be part of the name.

On HPUX, an Administrator-deployed ADB instance sometimes crashes
during startup.

Installing the Hotfix

  On Windows, unzip the zip file contents to the ADB home directory.
  The dlls and jar files will get placed in the appropriate
  subdirectories.

  On Unix, untar the tar file contents in the ADB home directory. The
  libraries and jar files will get placed in the appropriate
  subdirectories.
