Description:
This is a defect correction hot fix for ADB. Only the modified files are
shipped and they should replace the existing files for a given
installation of ADB.

The required version of the TRA to be used with Patch 13 must be 1.0.7 or higher.
The recommended version of the Designer is 4.1.3.

Closed Issues in Hotfix 13:

1-1LNG1V - When ADB does a re-poll after being alerted for a specific publishing
       table, only that publishing table should be re-polled.

1-1MAWEH - When exporting an ADB instance as a resource in the Designer, all
       schemas are exported, including ones that don't belong to this
       ADB instance.

1-1PFX1W - ADB subscriber is not able to insert XML text containing Chinese
       characters into an Oracle LONG column.
