All SmartSockets hotfixes are cummulative. In addition to those issues already addressed in hotfixes 1 & 2 the following issues have been addressed:
* Eliminated an internal message cache that could cause memory growth issues when very large messages were sent. (SR-1U21T2)
* Fixed a problem where changing the trace_file option of a running SmartSockets server caused the server to crash. (SR-1W885H)
* Modified the trace_level of a SPC EOF message. This message was being printed at the Error level when it should only be an info message. (SR-12SEJ9)
* Fixed a problem where on a conn destroy the conn was not being removed from the dispatchers conn array. This could cause a crash in the SmartSockets RTclient or the RTgateway processes if they use the SmartSockets dispatcher facility. (SR-1X8K6D)
* Added syncs around the gmd area in the java client code. This fixes a problem with multiple threads manipulating the gmd area in java. (SR-1YYHT1)
* Added a new option monitor_level to allow for the enabling of all, some or none of the monitoring calls. By default monitor_level is set to standard which enables all monitoring except traffic data monitoring. (SR-1XAZG1)
