Remedy Adapter 5.1.0 HotFix 2 is released for the platforms Windows XP Professional, NT, 2000, 2003, Solaris 2.8, Solaris 2.9, HP-UX 11.0 and HP-UX 11i for Remedy Action Request System 6.3.0 only.

Defect Description: Enhancement request to support Remedy Action Request System 6.3.0.
Resolution: Remedy Action Request System 6.3.0 is now supported, using the new binaries included in this hotfix.

The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server, ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com/, using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web.  Once logged on you can find the patch under:
