Description:
Remedy Adapter 5.1.0 HotFix 3 is released for the platforms Windows XP Professional, NT, 2000, 2003, Solaris 2.7, Solaris 2.8, Solaris 2.9, HP-UX 11.0 and HP-UX 11i for Remedy Action Request Systems 4.5.2, 5.0.1, 5.1.2, 6.0.1 and 6.3.0. Platform - Platform - Application Version combinations supported are listed in the "Installing the Hotfix" section of the hotfix readme.

Defect Description: Problems with design-time connection due to a large number of Remedy users.
Resolution: This defect has been fixed. This occurred when users without administrator privileges were unable to establish a design-time connection to the Remedy server. By fetching the details of only the current user, the users without administrator privileges are now able to establish a connection to the Remedy server.
