Defect Description: The design-time component always transformed the password value (design-time and run-time) to upper case. For IBM AS/400 machine with system value QPWDLVL set to 2 or 3, case-sensitive passwords are allowed.

This hot fix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server, ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com/, using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web.
