A HotFix-Patch for TIBCO OpsFactor 1.1.0 is now available to address specific customer issues. For a complete description of what issues were addressed in HotFix-2, please read the attached document (OF_1-1-0_hotfix2-issues-addressed.txt).
You can obtain this cumulative hotfix from our FTP server --> support-ftp.tibco.com. Please browse to the available downloads directory, and locate the directory "/Monitoring/OpsFactor/1.1.0/hotfix-2". This directory contains a copy of the attached file, and a zipped archive. All of the files in the archive are password protected, except the README file. The password to unlock the archived files is provided in the ReadMe.
To access this ftp server, you will need to provide your eSupport username and password.
