If you downloaded TRA and SDK complete package you don't need to apply this patch. Please view the attached Readme for detailed fixes and installation instructions. You can download this HotFix from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. You will need to provide your eSupport username and password to access the server. Once you have successfully logged into the server, go to /available_downloads/ActiveEnterprise/TIBCORuntimeAgent/5.2.1/hotfix-6/ to download the fix appropriate for your operating system platform.
