Closed Issues in 10.2.0.04-HF03

Defect Id: CR 18387

   Problem with a memory leak when running outbound web
   service calls eventually giving an OutOfMemoryError.

   Corrected.

   Note: This change is compatible with Oracle9i, Oracle 10g and
   DB2.

   Note: Normal behaviour is for memory to grow up to the configured
   limit for the process. This is constrained by the -Xmx
   specification within the jetty2 script file.
