Description:
The following issues have been addressed in TIBCO Adapter for Files z/OS (MVS) (TM) Hotfix 02 version

1) CR 1-7C0ISU :
     Under certain conditions, FileAdapter z/OS V4.4 does not properly recognize
     was experiencing a D37 / User Abend 4082 on the Subscriber.

     This fix solves that issue.

2) CR 1-7C0IS4 :
     FileAdapter status not always indicative of true publish/subscribe result
     particularly if an error occurs at the Subscriber end - fix
     message to be specific.

     This fix solves that issue.


3) CR 1-7HOSIS :
     Under certain conditions, the V 4.3 FileAdapter EMS support would not
     properly handle RRDS files on the Subscriber side.

     This fix solves that issue.


4) CR 1-7HOSH4  :
     Periodic Errno 61 errors would appear in the log when .PRG (Progress files)
     were automatically deleted or automatically allocated.

     This fix adds additional diagnostic information in the log,
     so that any errno 61 errors can be corrected by the customer.


5) CR 1-7HOSH4 :
     Several performance enhancements have been made to Block Mode ECM support
     so that TEXT files are processed faster at the Subscriber side.
