You can download this Hot Fix from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server using your eSupport username and password, at

Once you have successfully logged into the server, you will find the hotfix packages under

Closed Issues in 5.1.3 Hotfix 4 (This Release)

The palette JMS dispatcher does not always confirm messages on certain
operations depending on the order their listeners are registered. This
issue is now fixed.

CR: 1-8KOQVR
When one or more wildcard receivers are used in the project, the
palette may dispatch more than one new event for each event. This issue
only applies to the Tibrv transport and is now fixed.
