The hotfix packages and release notes can be downloaded by following the steps below:

Go to the following folder: available_downloads/ActiveEnterprise/Adapters/Substation/2.3.0/hotfix-3/

File names:
Substation_2 3 0_hotfix_#3 readme.txt

For z/OS version 1.6 and later:
  Substation_2.3.0_hotfix_#3.zos.xmit.zip

For OS/390 version 2.10 through z/OS version 1.5:
Substation_2.3.0_hotfix_#3.s390.xmit.zip
