After stopping one of the active EMS FT servers, other EMS servers
display as stopped in the All Service Instances dialog in the

One of the XML parsers in TIBCOxml didn't properly handle the

If TIBCO BusinessConnect was configured to use AES encryption
algorithm with strong ciphers in TIBCO BusinessConnect (AES-192

This has been fixed.

Defect 1-80FDPQ
The LDAP JDK libraries shipped with TIBCO Runtime Agent (TPCL) required
'Anonymous' access to be enabled on the corporate LDAP for searches
through the 'memberurl' attribute (used to define the Dynamic group
membership query).
Additionally, there was an increase in the number of TCP connections
that were left in the TIME_WAIT state.
This has been fixed.

Defect 1-7Y9SKJ
On HP-UX (HPPA) 64-bit machines, if the standalone TIBCO Hawk(TM) 4.7.0
product was installed with TIBCO Runtime Agent 5.4.2 and TIBCO
Administrator(TM) 5.3.0, then TIBCO BusinessWorks(TM) engines could not
be stopped using the TIBCO Administrator GUI. Also, machine CPU usage
and partitions could not be viewed in the TIBCO Administrator GUI.
This has been fixed.

Defect 1-81EIWL
Threads that were waiting were not getting notified correctly
in the LDAP Connection Pool implementation. This has been fixed.

Defect 1-81E5HY
Under heavy load, all threads (MultipleReaderWriterMonitor)
were in WAIT state and were waiting on AuthDomainImpl's monitor. This
has been fixed.
