You can download this Hot Fix from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server using your eSupport username and password, at
           ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com
Once you have successfully logged into the server, you will find the hotfix packages under
           available_downloads/ActiveExchange/ebXML/5.0.0/hotfix-01/

In the dual firewall DMZ deployment, the DMZ server was unable to 
receive a complete synchronous response from the interior TIBCO 
BusinessConnect server. This caused an inbound Ping Pong operation 
request to fail while delivering the synchronous Pong response to the 
requesting trading partner.
This has been fixed.
