Closed Issues in 10.6.3-Hotfix05

Defect Id: MR 38260 (Parent MR 36914)

  When using SW_PRIORITY for work item filtering, all work items are
  returned.

Defect Id: MR 38225 (Parent MR 36459)

  Work queue searches don't work in Russian (or other multi-byte
  character sets) as it treats them as case sensitive.
    
  Corrected.  Configure iProcess Engine to use a specific code page by
  setting the LC_ALL, LC_CTYPE or LANG environment variables.
    
  If LC_ALL is not set, LC_CTYPE will be checked, if that is not set,
  LANG will be checked.
    
  Use the command 'locale -a' to see which character sets and code
  pages are available on your system.
    
  Use the command 'locale' to see your locale related environment
  settings.
        
  For example if LC_ALL is null, and LC_CTYPE is set to zh_CN.gb2312
  (for Chinese), then the WIS process will use code page
  zh_CN.gb2312 to make case insensitive comparisons when filtering
  work items.

Defect Id: MR 38224

  swrpcsvr RPC_POOL can crash if a long running SQL statement is
  cancelled.
