TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter for Database 5.5.0 Hotfix 1 is released for all the platforms supported by TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter for Database 5.5.0. Listed below is a summary of updates included in this Hotfix. Please refer to the attached Readme for additional details and installation instructions.

Closed Issues in Hotfix 1

1-94M5AC: For a parent child operation, the adapter Subscription service inserted incorrect data in the child and grandchild exception table.
This has been fixed.

1-9CBDXN: (Microsoft Windows and Solaris only) The adapter was unable to connect to the Oracle database when the database was in a restricted mode.
This has been fixed.

1-9DP9WN: (Sybase only) When running in the fault tolerance mode, the adapter threw an error during initialization when the ddl in tran database option was set to false.
This has been fixed.

**Additional instructions for 1-9DP9WN

Set the new property --adb.createMutexTable-- to "on" or "off" in
the .tra file. For example,

adb.createMutexTable = off

This is to control the creation of the mutex table for fault tolerance at runtime. The default value is on; which means the mutex table should be created.  You can create this mutex table manually before starting the adapter with the following SQL: CREATE TABLE &ltmutex_table_name> (COL1 char(1))
