Description:
The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. After connecting, go to /available_downloads/CollaborativeInformationManager/7.2.0/hotfix-04/  to download the hotfix.
This .tar file also has the Readme file inside. Please untar the file and look for the Readme file for Instruction on how to apply the hotfix.

The defects fixed in CIM 72.0 Hotfix 4 are:

The RELATIONSHIP_LIST variable could not be used to control the relationships displayed. This has been fixed.

When using web services, if a record was added without an extension (PRODUCTIDEXT) and then modified, it failed with the following error:
   ‘No Record Exists. Please change record ID or Record ID extension.     Correct all errors and try again.’ This has been fixed.

The Data Custodian business process rule did not work as expected when a user-defined attribute group was selected as
RejectedOrChangedAttrGrps. This has been fixed.
        
1-9L4GPB    
A Nullpointer exception was thrown while inserting data into the productkey table during import. This has been fixed.
    
1-9PGJEY
A classification scheme was not saved properly if an attribute selected in the classification scheme had a "space" in the display name. This has been fixed.
    
1-9PCX21
The connect construct in a rulebase did not work. This has been fixed.  

1-9RHOCH
Processing of inbound and outbound messages failed with a file not found exception. This has been fixed.

1-9S3PVZ
On the "Create Input Map" and "Modify Input Map" screens, the "Add Additional Map" menu accessed by right-clicking on the cross catalog
relationship tab did not work. This has been fixed.
