TIBCO General Interface(TM) 3.7.1 Hotfix 1 is available for all supported platforms. Please see below for a list of issues that were addressed.
You can download this HotFix from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server using your eSupport username and password to access the server at:
ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com
Once you have successfully logged into the server, navigate to the "/available_downloads" directory. You will find the HotFix packages located under:
GeneralInterface/3.7.1/hotfix-01
If you have any problems in finding or downloading this Hotfix, please let us know through an existing Support Request where this HotFix was recommended, or open a new SR.

Closed Issues in 3.7.1-hotfix01
1-9WSV1S
Utf-8 BOM marker causes invalid character error while reading back
the preference file. This results in repeat version update dialog
to show up despite explicit "ignore". Same issue with welcome dialog
and unchecked "Show at startup".

Mapper does not parse the wsdl correctly if an element contains
a referenced element with same name but different namespace.

The application monitor does not properly escape log message strings with xml.
