Description:
The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. After connecting, go to /available_downloads/CollaborativeInformationManager/7.2.1/hotfix-02/  to download the hotfix.
This .tar file also has the Readme file inside. Please untar the file and look for the Readme file for Instruction on how to apply the hotfix.

The defects fixed in CIM 7.2.1 Hotfix 02 are:

In a cross catalog relationship, the display name of the child record was not shown correctly in the Relationship tab. This has been fixed.

Relationships were deleted when records were imported into a repository. This has been fixed.

The Record Modify web service request took a long time when related records had a large hierarchy of records. This has been fixed.

1-AB7AXU
The event status was set to "Timeout event" when the activity was suspended for more than one day. To fix this, set the tibco.optimization.parallelactivity.timeout property in ConfigValues.xml file to 0 to disable timeout processing.

1-AAZLCN
Split and Join transitions did not work as expected. When a splitted workflow took more or less time to execute, the workflow hanged while joining. This has been fixed.

While accessing records through a classification scheme, when the catalogvalidation.xml file had a view_record access mode constraint, an Oracle exception was thrown. This has been fixed.

While accessing records through a classification scheme, when the catalogvalidation.xml file had a hide_record access mode constraint and the master catalog had an attribute named groupnumber of type integer and the Display in Record List option was selected, an Oracle exception was thrown. This has been fixed.

Globalization: When a datasource contained a Japanese 2-byte separator, mapping the productID while importing records to a master catalog failed. This has been fixed.

When the cedilla (Ç) character was used as a delimiter in a Catalog Format, synchronization results in an output file with another character (Ç) as the delimiter. This has been fixed.

The GetRecord activity did not create the OutDocument with all related records. The OutDocument showed the related records but the CatalogItem entries for those records did not exist. This has been fixed.

Using the Match activity in combination with the CreateWorkItem activity and the MatcherWorkItem presentation from the form showed internal names and not the display name. This has been fixed.

Even when the "Show changes only" option on the Record Compare screen was selected, relationship records which did not have any changes were displayed. This has been fixed.

When the "Show changes only" option on the Record Compare screen was unchecked, the Relationship tab was not displayed. This has been fixed.

Informational messages on the UI displayed the internal name of the attribute instead of the Display Name. This has been fixed.

The “Last modified by” information for a record was set to the user who last modified the master catalog irrespective of the user who modified the record. This has been fixed.

When a drop down was dependent on another drop down, if the value selected in the first drop down was cleared, the second drop down retained the value selected previously (even though it was not displayed in the drop down). This has been fixed.

1-ABJEKV
In a cross catalog publish, when both the parent and child records shared the same PRODUCTID and PRODUCTIDEXT combination, Catalog synchronization failed with an error. This has been fixed.

A user with insufficient security access permissions could modify a record by spoofing an URL from workItem page for another user who had the correct access permissions. This has been fixed.
