Description
Description: Product Name : TIBCO iProcess Conductor Release Version : 11.2.0-Hotfix02 Release Date : January 2010 ========================================================
This hotfix corrects the issue listed in the Closed Issues section. It does not include 11.2.0-Hotfix01.
This hotfix applies to TIBCO iProcess Conductor, version 11.2.0 running on the following platforms and database:
Microsoft Windows (x86): - Windows XP Professional - Windows Server 2003 SP2 - Windows Server 2003 x64 - Windows Server 2008 - Windows Server 2008 x64 - Windows Vista SP1
Linux (x86): One of the following Linux versions (using 32-bit JRE libraries only):
- Novell SUSE Linux Enterprise 10 - RedHat Enterprise Linux 4.x AS - RedHat Enterprise Linux 4.x ES - RedHat Enterprise Linux 5.x AS - RedHat Enterprise Linux 5.x ES
(Other Linux implementations may be compatible; see the TIBCO iProcess Conductor Installation guide.)
Change the way that iProcess Conductor handles amendments when all order lines in an order are set to an action of Cancelled.
Implemented. The way iProcess Conductor operates is now as follows:
If the status of the order is "Execution":
1. When iProcess Conductor receives an amendment request that sets all order lines to an action of Cancelled, the order status is set immediately to "Cancel". The amendment is then handled with existing functionality.
2. Once the EAI Order step in the relevant Process Components has set all order lines to Cancelled, the Order status will change to "Cancelled".
3. Once the order is in a status of "Cancel" or "Cancelled", any future amendment requests are rejected by iProcess Conductor. It is not possible to re-activate or amend an order in a state of "Cancel" or "Cancelled".
If the status of the order is prior to "Execution", for example if it is "Submitted", "Fesibility", "Feasibility Failed" or "Execution Plan Development":
1. When iProcess Conductor receives an amendment request that sets all order lines to an action of Cancelled, the order status is set immediately to "Cancelled".
2. An Ad-hoc event step should be triggered in the fulfilment process to withdraw any running steps or sub-processes.
In either case, the execution plan status is unaffected. It continues processing until all tasks are completed.
