Description:
TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter for Database 6.1.0 Hotfix 1 is released for all the platforms supported by TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter for Database 6.1.0.  Please refer to the product readme for details regarding the supported platforms.

Listed below is a summary of updates included in this Hotfix. Please refer to the Hotfix Readme for additional details and installation instructions.

Closed Issues in this Hotfix

AADB-2118
(Solaris Only) If the JMS termination topic was not created successfully,
the adapter suspended without any error messages.

AADB-3496
When using the load balancing option, if the mutex table existed but contained no
values, the Publication service terminated.

AADB-3494
If the service level bulk insert size was not set, the Subscription service
used the default value 1 instead of using the adapter instance level
bulk insert size.

AADB-3467
(Sybase only) The Subscription service failed to insert error rows into
the exception table and returned the following error:
Invalid precision value. Error in parameter 2.
Note:  Please reconfigure the exception table or recreate using the new exception table scripts

AADB-3461    
(Oracle only) When using the exception table, if a message contained
XMLType data, when the Subscription service inserted the XMLType data
to the exception table after an operation error, the following error
message appears:
ORA-03120: two-task conversion routine: integer overflow.

AADB-3460    
(Oracle only) If a message contained XMLType data, the Subscription
service suspended when updating the destination table.

AADB-3457    
When using the DataDirect driver query timeout feature,
if the database operation was returned shortly after the query timeout,
the Subscription service occasionally stopped working with the following error:
user requested cancel of current operation (1013).

AADB-3450    
(DB2 z/OS only) The Publication service returned the
"Unknown codepage. 2091" error when it polled the publication table.

AADB-3421    
(Oracle only) The client info of the database connection was not set
after the adapter reconnected to the database server.

AADB-3408    
When the adb.unicode parameter was set and the debug option was on, the adapter
processed the NVARCHAR2 data successfully, but the adapter log showed
incorrect values.

AADB-3397    
When the debug option was on, the adapter log showed only the first character
of the custom Request-Response operation input parameters.

AADB-3392    
When executing the stored procedure, the Request-Response service returned
data with padded zeroes up to 1MB for the BLOB output parameter.

AADB-3380    
Under certain timing condition, the adapter occasionally published the same
message multiple times after a reconnection to the database that updated
the publishing table status.

AADB-3379    
When running in the fault tolerance mode, the secondary adapter instance did not
show the correct status as StandBy in the TIBCO Administrator GUI.

AADB-2125    
When load balancing was enabled, after a database reconnection, the  
Publication service occasionally did not retrieve the record properly and suspended.

AADB-2093    
The Request-Response service failed to call procedures successfully
the second time if the procedure contained the CLOB datatype parameter.
The first call of the same procedure was successful.

AADB-2092    
(Oracle only) If the stored procedure contained the LOB parameter,
the Request-Response service returned the following error:
ORA-22275: invalid LOB locator specified.

AADB-3506
If a child table contained more than one joined column, and the columns
were not in the beginning of AESchema, the Publication service
could not retrieve the child data and returned the following error:
Inconsistent descriptor information.

AADB-3505
(Linux only) The odbcadmin tool did not run successfully because
it was linked to non-branded libraries instead of branded libraries.
Note:  To run the tool  ‘odbcadmin’, please ensure the toolkit 'open motif' is installed in the system and please add a symbolic link for file libXm.so.3 to libXm.so.x in /usr/lib/ folder. Such as, execute ‘ln -s /usr/lib/libXm.so.4 libXm.so.3’ under &ltADB_Home>/odbc/lib directory.
