CR: EDI-3812

For TRADACOMS, BusinessAgreement host binding was not honored when
'Allow all operations' is unchecked. This has been fixed.

CR: EDI-3817

For X12 on AIX platform, outbound XML to EDI translation of a large
852 transaction was producing an improper EDI document with missing
segments. This has been fixed.

CR: EDI-3820

For TRADACOMS, the inbound message is handled in case sensitive in the
terms of HOST Transmission Code. This has been fixed.
