You can download this HotFix from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com.  You will need to provide your eSupport username and password to access the server.  Once you have successfully logged into the server, go to /available_downloads/ActiveEnterprise/TIBCORuntimeAgent/5.7.1/hotfix-04/ to download the fix.

Introduction

Hotfixes are cumulative. This hotfix includes all previous generally available
hotfixes for TIBCO Runtime Agent 5.7.1.

Installation

All Platforms:

1. Shutdown all running TIBCO applications.
2. Back up the contents in the {TIBCO_HOME}\tra\5.7\hotfix\lib directory.
3. Unzip the hotfix zip file to a  
    temporary directory. For example, c:\tibco\trahotfix.
4. Get the TIBCOUniversalInstaller version 2.8.0.043 from TIBCO Support
    FTP Server ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com and copy it into the
    directory where the hotfix is extracted.
5. Launch the TIBCOUniversalInstaller{.exe,bin} executable from this
    temporary directory and install the hotfix into the {TIBCO_HOME}
    of your base product.
6. Restart your TIBCO applications.

Uninstallation

Note that the TIBCOUniversalInstaller version 2.8.0.043 dose not support
uninstallation of a hotfix. To remove a hotfix, you must manually delete the
readme file and the contents of the hotfix directory, and restore any files
changed per the hotfix readme instructions.

All Platforms:

1. Shutdown all running TIBCO applications.
2. Remove the contents of the directory:
    {TIBCO_HOME}\tra\5.7\hotfix\lib.
3. Remove the hotfix readme file from {TIBCO_HOME}\release_notes.
4. Restore the files changed per step 2 in the Installation section.
5. From your &ltTIBCO_HOME>\_installInfo directory, manually remove the file
     titled TRA-hf4_5.7_prodInfo.xml.
6. Restart your TIBCO applications.
