AMRP-3609
Added support for MQ-JMS for SOAP/JMS bindings (including SSL).
BJMS-1096
Added support for SSL on MQ-JMS for JMS bindings.
Note: SSL is not supported for JNDI lookup for WebSphere MQ administered objects.
When the JNDI InitialContextFactory is set to LDAP, SSL lookups over the LDAP
connection are not supported. When the JNDI InitialContextFactory is set to FILE
SSL lookups are not applicable. The "Enable SSL" checkbox of the JNDI resource
template can be checked but do not effect the behavior of the InitialContextFactory.
There are also no validations in TIBCO Business Studio, Administrator, or the
TIBCO ActiveMatrix runtime.
BJMS-1128
Provide setters on (JMS) activationSpec to configure redelivery handling
for Java components.
BJMS-1129
Added support for CC delivery on JMS resource templates.
AMRP-3740
BPM Event Collector now starts on node startup.
AMX-10403
Dynamically created unprefixed namespaced attributes are now handled.

The uninstallation steps in this README have been updated to ensure that amx.logservice.app
will start up successfully in SystemEnvironment after a Hotfix downgrade
(for example, from AMX 3.1.2-HF-005 to AMX 3.1.2-HF-004).
CL-2188
The log client no longer truncates the message field to 2000 characters.
The "cl_logservice_LargerMessagesToPayload" property was added to allow you to
control the log service's behavior. The property is set to false by default to
maintain consistency in behavior from the previous releases.
Message fields are still truncated to 2000 characters before insertion
to the log service's table.
To enable a message field to be saved to the payload service's table without truncation:
1. In the Administrator UI, select SystemEnvironment in the Environment drop-down list.
2. Select the amx.logservice.app application.
3. Click the Properties tab.
4. Click cl_logservice_LargerMessagesToPayload and select true in the Property Value column.
5. Click Save.
6. Click Deploy.

When upgrading applications, the link between dependent applications and the
applications that they depend on is now maintained.
