Closed Issues in 6.1.0_HF-001 (This Release)

AFIL-1610
There was a memory leak in the publication service when the data file
was larger than Input-Buffer-Max-Size and the record was larger
than 512 bytes.

AFIL-1614
There was a memory leak in the publication service which was caused
by unique data file name.
