Description:
The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. After connecting, go to available_downloads/CollaborativeInformationManager/8.2.1/hotfix-04/ to download the hotfix.
This .tar file also has the Readme file inside. Please untar the file and look for the Readme file for Instruction on how to apply the hotfix.
The defects fixed in CIM 8.2.1 Hotfix 04 are:
CIM-12309
Data Quality workflow generated an empty single match workitem.
CIM-12308
Data Quality import workflow hung at MatchRecordBulk activity.
CIM-12306
Error occurred if roles in the role map file were not mapped with roles in LDAP.
CIM-12292
NullPointerException error occurred while adding a relationship to an existing record using the By Named Version search option.
CIM-12282
JavaScript error occurred on classification schema page while searching for a classified record on Browse and Search.
CIM-12238
Record add webservice with commandqualifier="Validate/Process" returned error response without any error code.

In Rulebase if only single <literal> element was specified in <Include> action then error occurred on clicking View All records link.
